Each year, 50 pupils from a school in Madrid and two in Valencia will carry out part of their Administration and Finance vocational training course at Bankia.
This project is part of the bank’s strategy to promote an educational model that will help reduce youth unemployment, in which it already invests four million euros a year.
This is a pioneering initiative in Spain for two reasons: it is the first Dual Training project promoted by a Spanish financial institution and the first to be held simultaneously at two centres in two Autonomous Communities, which, despite having two different regulations in this area, will work under the same model.
