Suggestions from Caixa staff for low carbon day-to-day life.
Climate change is an issue that cuts across different areas. Its impact is felt in politics and markets, in quality of life and societal well-being.
Caixa Geral de Depósitos’ Carbono Zero Programme aims to combat climate change by promoting a set of actions aimed at raising environmental awareness and mobilising society and the market around this goal.
It is within this context that Dia-a-Dia Carbono Zero (Day-to-Day Zero Carbon) has come about, involving customers and employees around the world in combating climate change. Its aim is to promote behaviours that help Caixa to reduce its own emissions and which, simultaneously, by being replicated more widely, help the country meet its international commitments in this regard.
Day-to-Day Zero Carbon offers a set of good practices that contribute to reducing emissions that can be adopted by all of us in day-to-day life, whether at work or at home.
All photos illustrating Day-to-Day Zero Carbon portray real situations of the Caixa employees, Divisions and Companies of the Caixa Geral de Depósitos Group involved in this project. All the children pictured are the sons and daughters of Caixa employees.
