Investor Education Programme

For over a decade a series of sessions have been organised every year to discuss different investment or banking related topics for the general public.
"This programme was set up more than a decade ago. A series of sessions are organised every year to discuss different investment or banking related topics for the general public. The talks are organised in different locations around Malta (and as from last year in Gozo too). They are free of charge, and the speakers are BOV employees who are specialised in the respective topic.

The aim is specifically to prevent or redress any digital exclusion. This year's topics are

• The Depositor Compensation Scheme

• Card fraud and chargebacks

• Online payments and security measures
