This project results from actively listening to the branches. 195 contract models have been simplified affecting 1,028 products.

In 2014, Bankia consolidated the implementation of an important project for the improvement of financial services commercial advice and accessibility: contract simplification, a reflection of Bankia’s corporate values, more customer-focused, with transparency and clarity being the major goal.

The result of this project, due to actively listening to our branches and customers, is an improvement in the contracting experience with Bankia: easier wording, fewer printed documents and signatures.
