Addressed to universities, this program aims to support students who demonstrate difficulties in supporting the normal costs of higher education, namely tuition fees, accommodation, food and school supplies.

The analysis of the applications, carried out according to the program’s rules, revealed the finalist institutions: University of Beira Interior, University of Coimbra, University of Évora and University of Algarve.

The support of Montepio Foundation, with the amount of € 30.000, helps to strengthen the universities’ social support funds, benefiting 90 students.
